A distinguished medical doctor since 1982, graduating early and at the top of his class in Rio de Janeiro, he went on to specialize in plastic surgery, entering the field of medical aesthetics at a time when it was just beginning to take shape in Brazil.
In 1997, Dr. Fares made history by co-introducing the world’s first hyaluronic acid filler, Restylane, marking a turning point in global skincare and non-surgical rejuvenation.
